When I first got Pai Mu Tan or White Peony, I was amazed on how much space such a little amount took up in my bag. Its very voluminous. The leaves are weightless and bold, they are so full you need at least 5 to 6 teaspoons for the average cup. Steeping time is longer as well, around 8 minutes will do. Subtle floral aroma and refreshing delicate taste. Very nice.
