Blackcurrants, cherries, flowers, citrus and those little pieces that look like seeds in the photo are lavender. What a combination, exquisite flavor. I must say I love Rooibos tea so it comes to no surprise I would like Mètis as well. Whenever I see pieces of fruit, citrus and flowers I can’t wait to pick out each piece and taste it. This way you can train your senses to pick up on these flavors while drinking the tea. Mètis is great to do this with.
Tea Origin:
South Africa
I had a pot of this at the Asian Art Museum in SF. A perfect cup for a winters afternoon. The fruit flavors compliment the red tea very well. Excellent. *****
