Casablanca

Casablanca
Description:

I would say that nothing in the world goes better with green tea then mint does and actually my favorite mint green tea would be a homemade concoction of gunpowder tea and sprigs of fresh mint. You can’t beat it. Actually that way is very close to the traditional north African way of making mint tea or Touareg tea but they put in loads of sugar and pour it from a height as to get a froth on the tea. But if my garden is running low on fresh mint then Casablanca would be next in line. Actually Mariage uses gunpowder in this tea as well, if you look in the photo you can see the rolled balls of the gunpowder tea sprinkled throughout. Mariage also put a slight twist to your average mint green tea and adds bergamot to the mix. I drink this tea religiously and prefer it after a meal. The mint and bergamot help with digestion so after a meal is a perfect time to consume. Casablanca would also be one to try on ice.

Tea Origin:

China

How do I puchase the Casablnca tea bags?
